What is the status of my loan?
Your loan application was submitted to one of our premier
lenders. Your lender should notify you by phone or email
about the status of your loan within the next 24 hours.

Who is my lender?
Your lender will contact you via email after completing
the loan application. Once you submitted your application,
you should have received a message from your lender with
specific instructions and contact information. PLEASE SAVE
THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

Was my loan approved?
Typically, your lender will notify you about the approval
by phone or email within 24 hours after completing your
application. If you have any questions about this process
or your lender’s decision, your best bet is to contact
your lender directly. Please note that you will be given
contact information for your lender immediately following

The loan amount is determined by your selected lender and
is based on the information that you provided us on the
loan application. If you have additional questions about
your loan amount, you should contact your lender directly.

What are the finance fees on a payday loan? And how long
until I can pay off my loan?
Depending on the lender, the fee can range from $25 to $30
per $100 borrowed. For example, if you borrow $300 the fee
can be between $75 and $90. Typically, you repay the loan
the same way you receive it – an electronic transaction.
Most of our lenders will extend your payment date upon request.
All you need to do is contact your lender to make these
payment arrangements.

What is the payoff amount on my loan?
Your lender will determine the pay-off terms and conditions.
To request payoff amounts, change your repayment plan or
to inquire about the repayment process, please contact your
lender directly.

What is my password?
You can easily retrieve your password by returning to our
web site. The following are user friendly instructions on
how to retrieve your password:

I only receive benefits; can I apply for a loan?
Yes. Some of our lenders do accept benefit payments as a
source of income. Please note that there is an option in
our application specifically for benefit recipients. Under
“Income Information” please select benefits
as your source of income and continue the loan application.
11.
I don’t have a checking account. I have a savings
account. Can I get a loan?
Yes. You can qualify for a payday loan with only a savings
account, but your savings account must have ACH debit capabilities.
Lenders must have the ability to electronically debit money
from your savings account.
12.
Do I need to fax any documents?
Yes and No. Some of lenders are converting to a paperless
system and do not require any faxed documentation. Please
note however, that some lenders still require faxed documentation.
To be
sure that your loan is deposited into your account as quickly
as possible, we suggest that you have the following documents
ready to send:
• Bank Statement
(most recent 30 days)
• Blank Check
• Pay Stub (most
recent)
It
is important to save and follow any messages that your lender
is sending you. Each lender has different requirements and
contact information.
